I know such an absence is rare even by my lazy standards, there are a multitude of reasons for this, many of which hopefully will recede allowing the expediting of further entries come December. It’s a long and for the most part tedious story! However for the benefit of those who may have feared as well as those who hoped I may have gone, reports of my demise have been greatly exaggerated!
